Coach Bratcher, affectionately known as Coach B, a graduate from California State University Dominguez Hills in Carson Ca, is the esteemed head coach of the Greatness Girls Basketball AAU Team. A Los Angeles native, Coach B brings an incredible wealth of experience and passion to his role. Beyond the basketball court, Coach B serves as a charter school teacher in the Las Vegas area, further demonstrating his commitment to education and youth development.

Over the course of his career, Coach B has led numerous teams to success, including the Hub City Gym Rats in Compton, CA, and the College of the Siskiyous. His coaching philosophy is rooted in creating well-rounded athletes, prioritizing not just game skills, but also education, family, and high moral standards. Coach B's passion for the game and for his players shines through in his coaching, and his influence continues to shape the future of basketball.

Coach Profit

Coach Profit, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, brings a rich legacy and a profound understanding of sports' positive impact to her role as a coach. As the daughter of Joe Profit, a first-round draft pick for the Atlanta Falcons and a member of the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame, and the sister of a University of Notre Dame football player who played under the legendary Lou Holtz, Coach Profit's sports pedigree is unparalleled.

A former police officer and now a school teacher in Las Vegas, Nevada, Coach Profit continues to intertwine her love of sports, education, and community. She has a wealth of experience coaching girls' recreational basketball and volleyball, reinforcing her belief in sports as a catalyst for education and positive outcomes.

Much like her father and brother, Coach Profit is leaving her mark on the sports world, not just through her coaching prowess, but also through her unwavering dedication to her players' holistic development.
